Zenbooth Dealers can order directly from our website and receive your 20% Dealer Discount using the discount code ZENDEALER during checkout. The order will be delivered to the Shipping Address entered during checkout, so please ensure you provide the correct shipping address for successful delivery.
If you are interested in requesting a quotation, please use our Request a Quote form, and your Dealer Discount will automatically be applied.
How to Place and Pay for your Order
You can place your order and designate your payment method either on our website using the ZENDEALER discount code or by clicking the secure link you've received in a quote (this quote will contain your dealer discount).
Our team can also place the order on you behalf with a valid Purchase Order for check & ACH/wire transfer payments. If you are paying by credit card, you can complete the transaction securely on-line using the link in your quote. Please specify your preferred payment method when submitting your PO.
Zenbooth requires 100% deposit, due upon order placement. If payment is not submitted at the time of order, Zenbooth reserves the right to hold or reschedule your shipment outside your selected manufacturing lead time. We accept credit card, ACH/wire transfer, or check.
For both our 30-day and 10-day manufacturing lead options, we recommend payment by credit card, next-day wire/ACH, or overnight check to ensure payment is received and processed as soon as possible.

For the Standard 60-day Standard Manufacturing option, we require remittance of payment no longer than 30 days after your invoice is sent to ensure Zenbooth has adequate time to process and acknowledge your receipt of funds before your order is shipped. Scheduling Delivery and Install
Once your order is placed and paid in full, you will receive a Delivery Details form you must complete, which includes a request for the phone number of the contact receiving delivery.
Your end user/the contact receiving delivery will be contacted directly by our carrier and installation team regarding scheduling.
