Factory Pickup

Arrange pickup of your Zenbooth order from our Berkeley, California factory using your own approved third-party carrier.

Factory Pickup is available for customers coordinating delivery to Canada, Mexico, Alaska, Hawaii, or other locations outside Zenbooth’s standard shipping area.

How It Works

1. Complete the Factory Pickup Application for approval.
2. Coordinate transportation with an approved third-party carrier.
3. Zenbooth will provide the packaged dimensions, weight, and pickup details for your order.

Factory Pickup Fee

$195 USD per order

This fee covers the coordination and preparation required for pickup by your third-party carrier. Shipping, customs, duties, taxes, insurance, and other transportation-related expenses are not included.

Crating for Overseas Shipments

Orders transported across water must be professionally crated.

Crating fee: $1,200 per crate

Each crate can accommodate approximately:

• Two (2) Solos/Solo Pros
• One (1) Duo
• One (1) Quad

Additional crates may be required depending on the size and configuration of your order.

Important Information

Factory Pickup must be approved before transportation is scheduled. Customers are responsible for selecting and coordinating with their carrier and for ensuring that all shipping, customs, import, and delivery requirements are met.

Zenbooth Professional Installation is not available in Canada, Mexico, Alaska, or Hawaii.
